Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

“Energy of Azerbaijan” conference took place within the framework of “Milan EXPO-2015” in Lugano, Switzerland. Delegation led by Vice-President of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Academician Ibrahim Guliyev participated in the event which organized by Lugano city Mayor and brought together envoys from banks, business and health organizations of Switzerland and Italy.

In the conference, Acad. Ibrahim Guliyev delivered a lecture on “Past, present and future of Azerbaijan oil”, Academician-secretary of ANAS Department of Physical-Mathematical and Technical Sciences corresponding member of ANAS Nazim Mammadov on “Prospects of bio and nano technologies in Azerbaijan”, as well as director of the Institute of Petrochemical Processes on behalf of Acad. Y. Mammadaliyev, Acad. Vagif Abbasov on “The only healing world's oil: Naphthalene oil”.

Nurida Guliyeva, PhD in History, coordinator of “Milan EXPO-2015” for ANAS, head of the Division of Relations with Foreign International Organizations of the Department of International Relations under ANAS Presidium Administration, attended the conference as well.
