Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

In Gabala region “Days of the Field Gabala-2015” exhibition was opened, which was also represented by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences on 28 August, 2015.

At the opening ceremony Director of ANAS Institute of Petrochemical Processes, Academician Vagif Abbasov spoke on "Joint cooperation of institutions in the field of agriculture".

The exhibition was held by the organization of the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan and organizational support of JSC Gilan Holding.

The exhibition was attended by ANAS Institute of Irrigation and Erosion functioning at the Department of Agrarian Sciences, Institute of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Institute of Genetic Resources, including the Institute of Petrochemical Processes and Experience-Industrial Plant.

At the exhibition the various scientific publications reflecting in themselves scientific researches of the mentioned institution, advanced technologies of the irrigation, electronic cards equipped with the GİS technology, production, made in plant, grades of wheat and vegetables were shown.

At the event ANAS was awarded by “Qızıl Zəhmətkeş” honorary diploma and awards.
