Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Pursuant to Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

1. To approve the following new board of state awards for science, engineering, architecture, culture and literature of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Oktay Shiraliev - Minister of Health of Azerbaijan Republic

Mikail Jabbarov - Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Republic

Abbas Alasgarov - Chairman of the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on Urban Planning and Architecture

Arif Mehdiyev - Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Azerbaijan Republic

Ismail Sadigov - Head of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic

Akif Hajiyev - Vice-President of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Isa Habibbayli - Vice-President of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Ismail Hajiyev - Chairman of Nakhchivan Branch of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Omar Eldar - Rector of the Azerbaijan Academy of Arts

Abel Maharramov - Rector of the Baku State University

Ahliman Amiraslanov - Rector of Azerbaijan Medical University

Siyavush Karimi - Rector of the Azerbaijan National Conservatory

Agshin Alizadeh - Secretary of Azerbaijan Composers’ Union

Chingiz Abdullayev - secretary of Azerbaijan Writers’ Union

Altay Hajiyev - National Artist

Arif Melikov – National Actor

Shafiga Mammadov - Chairman of the Cinematographers’ Union of Azerbaijan Republic

Mevlut Suleymanli - National Writer

2. to abolish board of state awards for science, engineering, architecture, culture and literature of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved with the Part 1 of the Decree of the AR President dated February 8, 2010 N 212 (Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2010, № 2, Article 76, 2012, № 11, section 1087).

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of AR to resolve issues arising from this Decree.
