International scientific conference “Intellectual mobility in a global world” was held in St.Petersburg, Russia, October 26-28.

Azerbaijan has been represented by director of the Institite of Science History, Dr. History Maryam Seyidbeyli who delivered a lecture on topic “Scientific diaspora as a development resource for science of the country”. Lecturer spoke about dynamics of “Brain drain” causes in Azerbaijan, government’s care to this sphere, and done work in the direction of preventing “Brain drain”.
