Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the awarding personal scholarship of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Guiding by 32 clause of 109 item of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the presidential decree "On establishment of a personal scholarship of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan" dated June 11, 2002 # 715, hereby I decree:

1. To provide following persons personal scholarship of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic for merits in development of the Azerbaijan science:

Makhmudov Hikmet Ismayil oglu
