ANAS president acad. Akif Alizadeh, III secretary Samir Rzayev andDinara Abbasova met with director of the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology, prof. Andrey Khmelevsky, director of International Atomic Energy Agency's Centre of Cooperation prof. Jimek Zbignievand Voychekh Glushevsky in Warsaw (Poland).

During the meeting, the guests have been presented cutting-edge technologies, nuclear privacy of the institute, radiation studies, as well as the methods and achievements in the field of nuclear medicine.

ANAS’s attendance in various projects of International Atomic Energy Agency, application of nuclear technologies for reservation, protection, diagnostics of cultural heritage were discussed, future cooperation opportunities looked through.

ANAS president got acquainted with laboratories of the center and got invitation to the international conference to be held in Warsaw in 2014.
