I cordially congratulate You - the famous scientist, who owns significant achievements in the development of Azerbaijani science, USSR State Prize winner on the occasion of 100th anniversary.

Passed your way of life is an example for all young people in Azerbaijan. Bravely fighting against fascism during the Second World War, you were one of the thousands of children of Azerbaijan, who wrote glorious pages in the history of the country. Harmoniously combining scientific work with teaching, you have worked successfully in the present Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, over the years as a  head of this prestigious institution. Numerous experts prepared by this institution who were augmenting the glory of Azerbaijan as the "Oil Academy" for our republic and foreign countries.

In the Soviet period of our history you were lucky enough to work together with the national leader of our people Heydar Aliyev. As shown in various senior positions in elected bodies, you have made a worthy contribution to the development of our country. In recent years, you, as the chairman of the Azerbaijan Children's Fund, had made great efforts for the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.

Your selfless work has repeatedly been awarded the highest awards. Among them, of course, occupies a special place award "Sharaf" - one of the highest awards of the independent Azerbaijan Republic. I am confident that you will continue to apply all his rich life experience, knowledge and skills for the future of our country.
