Developed transparent ink

In St. Petersburg developed transparent ink.

Transparent inks are the result of scientific experiments of engineer Alexander Yakovlev. Scientist from St. Petersburg has made a revolution in the field of color printing. The basis of the latest developments has laid down the law of refraction of light.

Only on glossy surface on which the ink is applied are suitable for work and when they geting dry out it is formed a very thin ceramic layer. It also gives shades. The turned-out color depends on layer thickness – 100 nanometers are reflected in blue shades, 600 – in red. The film is one hundred times thinner than a human hair. By means of ink it is also possible to create color transition and obtaining color images. The composition of the colorless ink is purified water, alcohol and titanium dioxide nanoparticles.

Such set ingredients are ten times cheaper than the traditional ingredients for the paint.

So a new technology is only a scientific work, but largest world manufacturers of printing equipment is already interested by this development.

"They are really consider this development as a concept and revolutionary technology of the XXI century with the help of nano-structures", "Mortar chemistry of advanced materials and technologies", said the Head of the International Laboratory Vladimir Vinogradov.

Unlike traditional, the colorless ink is absolutely nontoxic. Obtained by new method of applying layers bright colors do not fade with time.

Scientists believe that, a new technology can fundamentally change the idea of color printing.
