Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The head of department at the Institute of Oriental Studies named after academician Ziya Bunyadov of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Roida Rzayeva has successfully completed the special program titled “Delivering Public Leadership: Fundamental Principles” organized by the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and received a certificate from Harvard University.

The program teaches strategies for leading in a changing world and introduces new approaches to navigating complex organizational systems. It also covers leadership problem-solving, the decision-making process, and the knowledge and competencies needed to stay resilient and advance in a rapidly evolving environment, including how to develop personal strategies and address key questions in the leadership domain.
