Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Taken into account the creation of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic the most important event in the political history of Azerbaijan, and guiding by Article 109 clause 32of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I hereby resolve:

1.  To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Autonomous Republic of Nakhchivan at the state level.
