“100 poets” work, which is one of the lost works by notable literary critic Salman Mumtaz has been revealed.

Recently, senior researcher of ANAS Institute of Manuscripts named after Muhammad Fuzuli PhD in Philology Shalala Ana Hummatli has revealed unknown manuscripts of Salman Mumtaz during exploring the materials of “Azerneshr” archive that stored at the Literature and Art Archive on behalf of Salman Mumtaz. It was clarified that manuscript documents are the fragmented parts of “100 poets” work, which has been lost for many years.

Having gathered biographies of 50 poets, including patterns of their poems from these precious manuscripts, which stored in various folders, the researcher is engaged in their transphoneliteration from ancient alphabet with Arabic script into the modern alphabet.
