Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the application of the Law #336-VQD the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 14, 2016 "On Amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On the perpetuation of the name of martyr and benefits to the families of martyrs":

Guided by paragraphs 19 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with the entry into force of the Law #336-VQD the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic"On the perpetuation of the name of martyr and benefits to the families of martyrs"of 14 October 2016 to ensure the application of this law

I resolve:

1. to the Cabinet Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. In the three month period to prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals related to bringing the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and acts of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in compliance with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On Amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic"On the perpetuation of the name of martyr and benefits to the families of martyrs";

1.2. Within a three month , to provide bringing the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in compliance with this Law and inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. Monitor the normative-legal acts of central executive bodies in accordance with this Law and in the five months to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

1.4. Solve other issues arising from this Act.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic to provide bringing the normative-legal acts and normative acts of central executive bodies in accordance with the Law of the Republic Azerbaijan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the perpetuation of the name of martyr and benefits to the families of martyrs "and inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic;

3. To establish that:

3.1 In the second paragraph of the second part of Article 1 and the seventh paragraph of the second part of Article 3 of the Law of the Republic Azerbaijan "On the perpetuation of the name of martyr and benefits to the families of martyrs" the expression "Relevant executive authority" is meant the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

3.2 In the second paragraph of the second part of Article 1 and the seventh paragraph of the second part of Article 3 of this Law provides for a scientific organization Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences of.
