Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Guiding by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the goal to implement State Program “Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015” approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 7, 2011 No 1621, to promote the achievements of Azerbaijani youth in scientific and cultural fields, including in literature and the arts, education and social activities, I hereby decree:  

1. To establish six Presidential Awards in the size of 10,000 (ten thousand ) AzN being awarded once a year, young people, particularly distinguished himself in the scientific and cultural fields , including in the field of literature and the arts , education and social activities.  

2. To approve “Regulations for the Presidential Award for young people.”  

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:  

3.1 To approve “Description of the diploma, certificate and a sign of President's Award for Youth” within three months and to inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;  

3.2. To resolve other issues arising from this Decree.  

4 . Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan to resolve issues arising from this Decree.
