Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In accordance with paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in order to strengthen social protection of the workers with a degree working in the organizations financed from the state budget, and encourage their labor I hereby decree:  

1. To double allowances specialized by the Cabinet of Ministers to the official salaries for a graduate degree to individuals with an academic degree of “Doctor of Science” and “Doctor of Philosophy” and working at directly publicly funded organizations from September 1, 2013.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers to resolve issues arising from this Order.
