Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In 2018, a great Azerbaijani scientist, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor, laureate of the State Award, honored worker of science, academician Hasan Mammadbagir oglu Abdullayev is 100.

Hasan Abdullaev established modern physics, specially Semiconductor physics and techniques in Azerbaijan and identified the main areas of his development. As a President of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan he has embarked upon a series of scientific workshops in the Republic of Azerbaijan, which introduces the integration of science and technology into the integration of international science federations in the field of science.

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to ensure the holding at the state level of the 100th anniversary of the academician Ghassan Abdullayev, who made an invaluable contribution to the development, research and promotion of the scientific potential of the country, preparing highly-qualified personnel, I decree:

1. to prepare and implement a plan of events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of academician Hasan Abdullaev

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
