Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Azerbaijan Society of Gerontologists (ASG) was elected a member of the International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics (AGG).

This success of ASG will open new opportunities for the organization in the field of international relations development and research of the phenomenon of longevity together with the scientific societies of the world.

Note that, main organizer and President of the AOG is the Director of ANAS Institute of Physiology A.I.Garayeva, Doctor of Biology Ulduz Hashimova. The purpose of the society is to study the genetic and physiological mechanisms of longevity in the republic.
