Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Employees of the Central Scientific Library of ANAS celebrated International Mother Language Day on February 21 with pupils of boarding school number 11 in Bilgah settlement.

First of all, the views of the national anthem of Azerbaijan and national leader Heydar Aliyev's native language have been voiced.

The director of the school, Gulnara Abdullayeva, informed about the educational institution she heads and has demonstrated the opportunities of education and labor rehabilitation created in classrooms, specialized workshops and artworks in order to integrate children with special needs into society.

CSL director, PhD in medicine Leyla Imanova emphasized the importance of the boarding school No. 11 in Azerbaijan for education, promotion of national values, creativity, care and attention of pupils by education specialists.

At the end of the event, CSL employees presented books to the participants from the world and Azerbaijani literature.
