Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

 “State Program for the Development of tea-growing in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2018-2027” was approved by President Ilham Aliyev's Decree of February 12, 2018. In the Action Plan on the implementation of the State Program, the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, has also been assigned tasks.

For this purpose, a contract was signed between the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry and the Lankaran Regional Scientific Center of ANAS (LRSC). According to the agreement, it is envisaged to define useful soil in the republic, as well as increase the fertility of these lands.

Director of the Center, Professor Farman Guliyev visited the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, met with director of the enterprise, correspondent member of ANAS Alovsat Guliyev.

The sides agreed to hold regular meetings in this area.
