Guided by item 23 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

Ramiz Anvar oglu Mehdiyev will be awarded the Order of “Glory” for his effective activities in the strengthening of statehood and their great contribution to the development of science in Azerbaijan.
