Field advisory services were provided for farmers within the framework of the project entitled "Application of biological methods against agricultural plant pests in Shaki-Zagatala and Lagodekhi border regions of Georgia".

For this purpose, the project experts have organized a practical field consultation day for farmers participating in Sheki, Gakh and Zagatala regions, together with the employees of Ecological Agriculture Regional Experience and Resource Center of ANAS and Regional Agricultural Office.

During the meeting, the experts together with the farmers reviewed the hazelnuts and vegetable crops. The farmers were informed about the pests and diseases revealed during the process, as well as the recommendations on the rules for the use of biofuels, as well as the recommendations on agrotechnical care.
