The event was opened by the director of the Institute, Honored Scientist corresponding member of ANAS, prof. Adil Garibov, which gave information about the activities of young scientific staff of the institute said that, in recent years, reforms in ANAS play a large role in the development of the intellectual potential of young people. A.Garibov noted that the institute’s young staff is of great importance. It was noted that according to the decision of the Presidium of ANAS on October 17, 2013 the establishment of the Council of young scientists and researchers is one of the important tasks.

17 nominators from the staff of the Institute have been elected by a vote of the members of the Council of young scientists and researchers. Senior Researcher of the Institute, PhD in physics-math Famin Salmanov was elected Chairman of the Board.
