Employees of ANAS Institute of Geography named after acad. H.Aliyev visited the lyceum named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva in Yasamal district of Baku.

Director of the educational institution Mehriban Valiyeva informed the guests about the school curriculum and activities. She noted that the main purpose of the high school is to create a loyal, creative, knowledgeable, competitive and competitive environment for national and spiritual values, to become one of the best education and science centers.

Then Deputy Director of the Institute of Geography, Associate Professor Maharram Hasanov spoke about the activities of the scientific institution, research areas and achievements. There is always a great deal of space for science and education in the institute. Employees of the institute often visit various secondary schools in Baku and hold meetings with pupils and teachers. Also pupils are invited to the institute and practical lessons are organized for them, the speaker added.

The parties emphasized the need to further develop cooperation between the two institutions to enrich the scientific and practical knowledge among the students and increase their interest in geography science.
