Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Awarding Presidential Prizes to Youth in 2019

Based on the recommendation of the Expert Commission for the selection of candidates for the Presidential Award and guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

The following persons, who are particularly distinguished in the field of culture, science, education and social activities, receive Presidential Awards for 2019:

Rajabli Sara Rauf gizi

Mehmandarov Mustafa Adil oglu
