Main scientific achievements |
New analogues of motor oils have been developed by use of Baku base oils for automobile, autotractor, diesel locomotive, marine and stationary diesel engines: M-10G2k, M-10V2, M-14V2, M-12VB and M-14GB, M-14G2. The obtained oils are protected by patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan; the regeneration of used motor oils has been developed to create the possibility of their reuse; an analogue of industrial oil has been developed on the basis of regenerated oils using a composition of additives; A new technological process for the regeneration of used motor oils has been developed to create the possibility of their reuse; an analogue of industrial oil has been developed on the basis of regenerated oils using a composition of additives; The possibility of using regenerated oils as a base for the creation of motor oils for various purposes has been established. As a result of the research, engine oils M-14Г2 SAE-40 APICC were created for autotractor and stationary diesel engines operating in conditions of increased boost and without boost M-10Г2 SAE-30 API SS and M-14Г2k SAE-30 API SS, diesel and industrial diesel engines ЧН 26/26, ЧН 30/38. In order to prevent the impact of microorganisms on the main quality indicators of the performance properties of lubricants, especially motor oils as a result of transportation, humidity, air temperature changes, etc., in recent years, by studying a number of biocides, new lubricant compositions have been created that are resistant to biological damage. When such biocides as α-phenyl-β-nitroethene, α-furyl-β-nitroethene are included in the composition of the oil composition, the growth of fungi and bacteria completely stops. |
