Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Associate of the Institute of Physics sector of innovation, professor of Azerbaijan Technical University, Dr. physics-math Huseyn Orujov and PhD in physics Suma Huseynova were on a trip to Minsk, Belarus. In a meeting organized at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio has been discussed results of Azerbaijan –Belarus grant project  entitled " Study the electronic and magnetic properties of defect structured ZnO doped with 3d transition elements and ZnSnAs2 compounds from basic principles” with Belarusian co-chief  Dr. Victor Romanovich Stempetchki and project participants".
