Archaeologists of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of ANAS have discovered more than 20 housings belonging to the Neolithic and Eneolithic periodinNakhchivan.

Scientists say that artifacts found during excavations around Kultapa housing of Babek region of Nakhchivan belong to the fifth millennium BC.
