Head of Department of Fundamental Problems of Biological Productivity of ANAS Institute of Botany, Academician Jalal Aliyev was elected the honorary member of the editorial board of the journal “Plant biochemistry and physiology”, published in United States. In the letter which arrived in this regard from the editor-in-chief of the magazine, Doctor K. Wilson it is emphasized that Academician Jalal Aliyev within long years conducted in-depth studies in the field of physiology and biochemistry of agricultural plants which results are recognized internationally. It is noted that inclusion of Academician Jalal Aliyev in structure of an editorial board will promote still to bigger development of world science. The academician Jalal Aliyev is the associate editor of several magazines of the most modern directions of the biological science published in the USA, Europe and Australia.
