ANAS Sheki Regional Scientific Center has published “Silkworm - glossary”. Dr. Philology Nariman Seyidaliyev is the scientific editor of the publication that published by the initiative of director of the institute Dr. geology-mineralogy Zakariyya Alizadeh.

Book designers are following employees of the center – deputy director for scientific affairs PhD in biology Zarbali Khalilov, chief of Silkworm lab PhD in biology Gudrat Bakirov, PhD in physics-math Izzet Salmanov, scientific researchers Habibullah Manafli, Adishirin Khalilov and Eugenia Bakirova.

Glossary which has developed in Azerbaijan for the first time embraces more than thousand terms related in mulberry silkworm’s biology, biochemistry, physiology, ecology and genetics, his breeding, history of silkworm in Azerbaijan and in whole world, extraction technology of cocoon and gren, care for silkworm, as well as their protection of pests and diseases.
