Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

On December 14, a tree-rally action took place at the "Elm" Recreation Center in Mardakan, Khazar District of Baku.

The purpose of the action, organized by the Institute of Dendrology of ANAS, is to assist protect the environment, restore ecological balance and contribute to nature by planting trees.

During the campaign, the Institute planted about 7,000 rosemary trees, 300 trees and 430 bushes in the area.
