As part of the disinfection measures against the spread of coronavirus in Azerbaijan, appropriate measures have also been taken in the institutes and scientific institutions of ANAS. According to the decree signed by the President of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev on preventive measures in connection with the coronavirus, disinfection was carried out in the Republican Center for Seismological Service (RSSC).

The Center is consistently working to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. Representatives of the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of the Yasamal District provide information on complications and protective measures against coronavirus. Also, as directed by the center’s management, employees were provided with protective masks. At the same time, employees are encouraged to observe good hygiene practices to protect against the virus.
