Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Rzagulu Hajiyev, head Department of Human Resources and Legal Maintenance of the Presidium of ANAS, was dismissed and transferred to another position. Elmira Aliyeva was appointed the head of the organization. The President of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev signed the corresponding decree.

Earlier, Elmira Aliyeva was a chief specialist in the HR sector of the department.
