Employees of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS continue their scientific research in strict compliance with the existing quarantine regime in connection with the coronavirus pandemic.

Scientists of the institute make numerous speeches and give interviews in the press and on television in support of enlighten people about the coronavirus. Thus, Deputy Director for Science of the Institute of Microbiology, corresponding member of ANAS Panah Muradov's extensive interview on the pandemic was published in the "Baku-Khabar" newspaper and on the website of the AZERTAC Agency. He was also a guest on the "Ecoetics" program broadcast by the “Culture” Channel, the "News" program of the Real TV, and responded questions about the spread of the virus on the ATV channel via a live link.

Meanwhile, master's education at the institute is carried out remotely, classes are successfully continued in accordance with the schedule. The subject "BAM of microbial origin" was taught as a pedagogical practice with the participation of 2nd year master Narmin Isayeva.
