Potentially dangerous asteroid 163348 (2002 NN4), whose size is estimated at 250-570 meters, will approach the Earth on Saturday, according to the website of one of NASA’s divisions.
At a minimum distance from our planet, it will fly on June 6 at 6.20 Moscow time. This time, scientists do not predict the collision of an asteroid with the Earth, since it will pass it 13 times farther than the orbit of the moon.
At the same time, the asteroid is considered potentially dangerous, since its trajectory intersects the Earth’s orbit.
An asteroid was discovered in 2002. He makes one revolution around the Sun in about 300 Earth days.
