In the first half of 2020, Institute of Additive Chemistry of Additives ANAS conducted research on the creation of lubricants for various purposes, especially new analogues of motor oils that are used in modern technology.

These studies were mainly aimed at the creation of lubricating compositions for motor oils based on mineral and synthetic base oils. Meanwhile, work was done on the creation of lubricating compositions by using samples obtained as a base oil from the regeneration process of used oils.

Also during the reporting period, studies were conducted on the manufacture of additives that improve the operational properties of lubricating oils, fuels and special fluids, the scientific basis for the technology of synthesis and production of corrosion inhibitors and surfactants was developed.

Along with this, when using additives obtained in past years, engine oil was created that is not inferior in level to Shell oil. By using additives synthesized at the Institute, a package of additives for motor oils was also made.
