At Nakhchivan Department of ANAS In Nahchivan Department of ANAS held constituent assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists Council.The event was opened by the Chairman of Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS Ismail Hajiyev which reported on the successful implementation of the process of attracting young people to science and noted that young cadres Division actively participate in various international conferences, grant projects and programs. Academician, giving information about the decree, adopted in connection with the establishment of the Council of young scientists and specialists during the past October 17, 2013 meeting of the Presidium of ANAS spoke about the significance, goals and objectives of the constituent assembly of Young Scientists and Specialists Council. During the action the director of ANAS Institute of bioresources of ND, corresponding member of ANAS Tariel Talibov,director of Institute of art, language and literature, corresponding member of ANAS Abulfaz Guliyev also acted. Later on, the nominated youth were elected to the Council by voting. Staff of the council consisting 5 individuals include: PhD in philology Akrem Huseynzadeh, Deputy Chairman - Ph.D. in economics Javadkhan Gasimov, Secretary - Ph.D. in chemistry Gyunel Mamedov.
