Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Guided by the 8th paragraph of Article 119 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, taking into account the proposal of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:

1. To name the Institute of Philosophy of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences "Institute of Philosophy and Sociology".

2. Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 363 dated November 17, 2015 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2015, № 11, Article 1426; 2016, № 7, Articles 1356, 1359; 2017, № 1, Article 127) Item 2.29 in the "Structure of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences" to be given in the following edition:

“2.29. Institute of Philosophy and Sociology;”

3. Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences to solve the issues arising from this Resolution.
