Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Director of ANAS "Science" publishing house, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology Sabuhi Gahramanov was elected a member of the Scientific Council on Book Publishing and Book Culture of the International Association of Academies of Sciences (IAAS). Membership in this Scientific Council provides an opportunity to expand international relations in the field of academic book publishing.

It should be noted that the IAAS, which has been operating since 1993, has 24 scientific councils. One of these organizations is the Scientific Council for Book Publishing and Book Culture. The organization carries out its activities in such areas as the formation of an information space based on the development of international exchange of scientific, scientific-technical and reference literature, the expansion of interstate scientific and cultural relations in the field of academic book publishing.
