Symposium on SOPHIA - European Photovoltaic Research Infrastructure will be held in France, January 22.

The symposium will highlight the main outcomes of the SOPHIA project and make proposals based on the lessons learned, provide a forum for discussion on the type of PV research infrastructures and e-infrastructures required in Europe for the next decade covering several aspects: R&D needs (upgrade, access, coordination, etc.), support innovation in the PV industry (pilot lines in particular, reliability and quality issues), training needs, collaboration and information exchange, support to market integration (monitoring and management of millions of PV system).
