Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:

To annul the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 2, 2020 No. 2312 "On the establishment of Victory Day in the Republic of Azerbaijan".
