On the amendments to the AR Law “On the establishing AR awards and medals” in connection with establishment of “Gold Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan named after Nizami Ganjavi”, guided by section 9, paragraph 1, item 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Milli Majlis of AR hereby decree:

Item 1. To replace point with semicolon after “75-year anniversary of the Civil Aviation (1938-2013)”, “Jubilee Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan” part in the item 2 of the AR Law “On the establishment of awards and medals of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Informed by Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1992, №23, item 996; 1993, № 23-24, item 676, Legislative Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2002, №5 item 251; 2003, №12, the first book, item 677, 2005, №4, item 291; 2006, №10, item 846; 2007, №3, item 213; 2008, №6, items 452, 472; 2009 №1, item 4, №5, item 312, №7, item 514, 515, № 12, item 974; 2010, №3, item 174, №11, item 960, 2011, № 11, item 992; 2012 № 7, item 664, №11, items 1036, 1048, 1061, 2013, №5, items 460, 478, №10, item 1143, №12, item 1477) and add the new part in following content:

“Gold Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan named after Nizami Ganjavi”.

Article 2. to approve “Charter on the Gold Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan named after Nizami Ganjavi” (attached).

Article 3. to approve “Description of the Gold Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan named after Nizami Ganjavi” (attached)
