“Space X” has launched “Starlink” satellites into space

The US company “SpaceX” on Thursday launched 60 “Starlink” microsatellites via the “Falcon 9” rocket carrier.

The launch from Cape Canaveral (Florida) took place at 01:19 local time.

The first detachable part of the carrier has already been used in four editions. “SpaceX” employees were able to return this element of the “Falcon 9” to the floating “Of Course I Still Love You” platform in the Atlantic Ocean 9 minutes after launch. This technology allows the company to reduce costs during subsequent carrier releases.

The “Starlink” network is designed to provide access to the Internet by placing a large number of small devices in orbit weighing up to 500 kilograms.

According to “SpaceX”, the launch and commissioning of a total of 11,000 satellites will cost $ 10 billion.

Recall that in May 2019, the first 60 “Starlink” spacecraft were launched into space.
