The research article "The main promising directions of modern innovative economic development in Republic of Azerbaijan" by Aygun Aliyeva, PhD in Economics, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, has been published in English in the Ukrainian scientific and practical journal Uzhorod National University Herald. The article analyzes Azerbaijan's position in the field of innovation in international rating reports compared to other countries. The article also analyzes the existing problems of the application of modern innovations in the economic field, proposing suggestions and recommendations for their elimination.

The main purpose of the research is to study the state of the art in the organization of innovative activities of the national economy in the context of market relations.
