Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

By the decision of Scientific Council of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, 50th edition of “Dede Gorgud” journal was published. Bulk compiles interesting scientific papers, new patterns from Azerbaijan and Turkic people’s folklore, reviews and other materials.

Edition presents scientists' following papers: “Artistic-esthetic embodiment of love for son in Dede Gorgud saga”, “Application forms in Ashug Gurbani’s poems”, “Buta in folklore and fiction”, “Aziza Jafarzadeh and Azerbaijan women ashugs”, “Art of chak chak (anecdote) and cultural elements mentioned here”, “Azerbaijan fairy tales in archive of Hanafi Zeynalli”, “”Saz” image in Huseyn Arif’s creativity”, “On the ceremonial meaning of red color”, “Once more on the lute instrument” etc.
