The article co-authored by the head of the "Mathematical Analysis" department of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Vagif Guliyev within the 1st Azerbaijan-Russia joint international grant competition was published in the high impact factor Q1 category “Analysis and Mathematical Physics” journal.
