The national academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan for scientific institutions and organizations of ANAS declares reception on doctoral studies to prepare to PhD and doctorate studies in 2013. According to AR Cabinet order from November 1, 2013 on the basis of competition in doctoral studies according to the “doctor of philosophy” program the citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic having the higher education (ended a magistracy or got an education equivalent to it, in medical education – doctors and specialists doctors) are accepted.According to the “doctor of science” program can hand over the documents citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic having scientific and scientific and pedagogical achievements, capable to conduct basic researches at high level and doctors of philosophy (candidate of science) having a scientific degree.Documents acceptance according to the “philosophy doctor” program will proceed till December 20, according to the “doctor of science” program – until the end of the current year.Note that the entrance examinations on the “philosophy doctor” program will begin on December 25.
