Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

Director of ANAS Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory, corresponding member Ayyub Guliyev and scientific researcher Abbasali Rustamov were on a business trip in Iran Islamic Republic by the invitation of Tehran University, Institute of Geophysics.

Azerbaijan astronomers became acquainted with activity of seismology and Calendar Center of the institute and exchanged experience during business trip.

Then the scientists attended the conference on the calendar events in the Qom city.

Then A.Guliyev made a speech on the topic “Activities of Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory and main development stages”.
