Azerbaijan National Academy of Science

NETTY-National Internet Award traditionally co-organized by AR Ministry of Communication and High Technologies and Ministry of Culture and Tourism, has come out on May 20.

In advance, nominated 30 web-sites among 350 internet resources of the republic have been determined by ICT experts.

Later on, by the final decision of NETTY Academy, winner sites were elected among nominators. www.huseynjavid.com web-site of ANAS Huseyn Javid’s Memorial Flat has been elected the best web resource of the Year over nomination of “Culture and Art”.

In the ceremony taken place in the “Park Inn” hotel, deputy minister of Communication and High Technologies Elmir Velizadeh congratulated all Javid studiers and gave his proposals for future development of web-site.

Note that, Huseyn Javid’s Memorial Flat is the first scientific ventures in ANAS awarded for NETTY-National Internet Award. Jury of the contest held since 2004, composed of celebrate scientific and art dignity of the country, including academician-secretary of ANAS, director of the Institute of Information Technologies, acad. Rasim Alguliyev, deputy minister of Communication and High Technologies Elmir Velizadeh and others.

Up today, web-sites of AR Ministries of Health, Taxation, Internal Affairs, Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Emergency Situations, including ASAN service, National Olympic Committee, Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation, and State Commission on Student Admission were deserved to this Award of ICT sphere.
