Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

In accordance AR President Ilham Aliyev’s order “On the 130th jubilee of acad. Mirasadulla Mirgasimov” dated February 6, 2013, by the decision of the Presidium of ANAS, ANAS Central Scientific Library has published a memorial book about acad. Mirasadulla Mirgasimov, the first president of ANAS, notable figure, scientist-surgeon, Dr. medical sciences professor Honored Scientist.

Project manager is ANAS president acad. Akif Alizadeh, scientific editor academician secretary of ANAS Department of Biological and Medical Sciences acad. Ahliman Amiraslanov, designer director of CSL Dr. philology Aybaniz Aliyeva-Kangarli.

Book embraces bibliography of notable state and art figures’ memories about the academician, as well as scientist’s scientific-pedagogical activity.

Academicians - Ahliman Amiraslanov, Jamil Aliyev, Boyukkishi Ahayev, Mahmud Karimov, Mirmammad Javadzadeh, corresponding member Sudeyf Immaverdiyev, professors – Mehman Aghayev, Mammad Nasirov, Vagif Verdiyev and others’ articles reflect M. Mirgasimov’s high scientific and rich cultural characteristics, bright personality, human features, social and moral values, family lineage attitudes and other qualities.

Scientist’s books, monographs, brochures and other works published in the periodical press and journals have been placed according to chronology and alphabet principle in the bibliography.
