Main building of ANAS will host the 1st scientific conference “Folklore and statehood” organized by Institute of Folklore on December 7, at 11 am.

Conference within the project “Genesis of the state symbols, etiquette, and ceremonies of Turkic peoples in terms of folklore”, aims to discuss the investigation of Turkish state symbols, etiquettes and folk festivals as a model of ethnicity and cognition.

Lectures on “Turkic statehood tradition and management rituals”, “Ancestor cult of Turks and of holiday of ancestor”, “Flags in Turkish statehood tradition and ceremony of flag victim” victim," "Folklore and statehood in national cultural system of Azerbaijan”, “Ceremony folklore of Turkic people and statehood” will be delivered in the event.
