Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

The Administration of the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences has joined the unified Electronic Document Circulation system across the country. The process of joining the Electronic Document Circulation system is a continuation of the series of measures implemented within the digital movement at ANAS.

In a short time, the process of updating the internet infrastructure of the Administration of the Presidium of ANAS, scientific institutions and organizations, regional divisions, and research centers has started. This included equipping them with modern computers and implementing other necessary measures to ensure secure document management. For this purpose, the internet infrastructure of the Administration of the Presidium of ANAS has been already completely updated and fitted with modern computer equipment.

With the organization of the Department of Document Management and Protocol of the Administration of the Presidium of ANAS, “ASAN” Service conducted trainings for ANAS employees on how to use the Electronic Document Circulation System. This system at first was launched in a test mode, which improved the practical skills of the staff.

The Department of Document Circulation and Protocol of the Administration of the Presidium of ANAS carries out the organization of relevant trainings and regulates electronic document circulation within the Academy.
